Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of enrolia.ae, including any website pages, listings, directories, school profiles, university profiles, nursery profiles, search tools, AI-assisted tools, forms, landing pages, advertisements, enquiry flows, WhatsApp communications, emails, phone calls, CRM workflows, content, databases, and any other services connected with the website (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by VNSCO L.L.C-FZ, a company established in the United Arab Emirates ("Enrolia", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, browsing, using, submitting information through, communicating with, or continuing to use the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Enrolia is an education discovery, directory, enquiry, lead qualification, admissions support, marketing, referral, and business development platform.

The Platform may display information about schools, nurseries, universities, training providers, education groups, programmes, curricula, fees, locations, facilities, admissions processes, availability, open days, policies, contact details, images, logos, summaries, AI-assisted responses, search results, and other education-related information.

The Platform is provided for general informational, discovery, comparison, referral, marketing, and enquiry purposes only.

Enrolia is not a school, nursery, university, government authority, regulator, accreditation body, admissions authority, immigration adviser, legal adviser, financial adviser, academic adviser, safeguarding authority, or guarantor of any education provider.

2. Publicly available information and third-party sources

A substantial part of the information displayed on the Platform may be collected, compiled, indexed, summarised, generated, reviewed, moderated, or displayed from publicly available and third-party sources.

These sources may include, without limitation:

  • Google Search;
  • Google Maps;
  • Google Business Profiles;
  • Google apps and services;
  • publicly accessible school, nursery, and university websites;
  • public directories;
  • regulator websites and public databases;
  • social media pages;
  • brochures and marketing materials;
  • press releases;
  • advertisements;
  • online articles;
  • map listings;
  • partner submissions;
  • user submissions;
  • third-party search results;
  • AI-assisted search outputs;
  • other sources reasonably considered relevant by Enrolia.

We do not guarantee that any third-party source is accurate, complete, current, authorised, verified, or error-free.

Information available online may be outdated, duplicated, incomplete, changed, removed, incorrectly indexed, incorrectly displayed, misinterpreted, automatically generated, or inaccurate.

You must independently verify all information directly with the relevant school, nursery, university, training provider, regulator, authority, or official source before making any decision.

3. Publicly available institutional materials, images, logos, and photographs

The Platform may display institutional names, logos, trademarks, images, photographs, descriptions, summaries, addresses, curriculum information, fee references, facilities information, contact details, and other materials relating to schools, nurseries, universities, training providers, and other education providers.

Such materials may be obtained from publicly available sources, including official websites, Google Search, Google Maps, Google Business Profiles, public directories, social media pages, brochures, press materials, advertisements, maps, partner submissions, user submissions, and other sources reasonably considered relevant by Enrolia.

The inclusion of any school, nursery, university, education provider, name, logo, mark, image, photograph, description, or other institutional material on the Platform is for identification, informational, directory, discovery, comparison, referral, and education enquiry purposes only.

Such inclusion does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, approval, partnership, affiliation, representation, authorisation, or commercial relationship unless expressly stated in writing by Enrolia.

Enrolia does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, names, photographs, images, or other third-party materials displayed on the Platform. All such rights remain with their respective owners.

Where images or materials are displayed, Enrolia does not represent that it owns those materials or that the relevant institution has endorsed, approved, sponsored, or authorised the Platform.

If you are an authorised representative of a school, nursery, university, training provider, institution, rights holder, photographer, agency, or other relevant party and you believe that any image, photograph, logo, name, description, or material should be corrected, credited, updated, restricted, replaced, or removed, you may submit a written request to info@enrolia.ae.

Upon receiving a verified request, Enrolia may promptly remove, replace, restrict, hide, disable, or update the relevant material at its discretion and without admission of liability, wrongdoing, infringement, or fault.

4. Content complaints and removal requests

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your rights, misrepresents your institution, contains inaccurate information, includes unauthorised images, or should not be displayed, you may send a written request to:

info@enrolia.ae

Your request should include:

  1. your full name, role, organisation, and contact details;
  2. proof that you are authorised to act on behalf of the relevant institution, rights holder, or affected party;
  3. the exact URL or screenshot of the material concerned;
  4. a clear explanation of the requested correction, replacement, restriction, or removal;
  5. any supporting evidence showing why the material is inaccurate, unauthorised, outdated, or unlawful.

We may require additional verification before taking action.

As a practical policy, we are generally willing to remove, replace, or restrict publicly displayed institutional materials upon a verified request from an authorised representative, especially where the request concerns photographs, logos, outdated information, inaccurate descriptions, or materials the institution does not want displayed.

However, submitting a complaint does not create an automatic legal obligation for Enrolia to remove all content in every case. We may accept, reject, delay, partially fulfil, or request further information in relation to any request.

Any removal, replacement, restriction, update, or correction is made without admission of liability, infringement, fault, wrongdoing, or legal obligation.

We may retain internal records, CRM records, audit records, screenshots, source references, correspondence, and other evidence where reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, operational, accounting, security, dispute prevention, or business purposes.

5. No guarantee of accuracy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enrolia makes no warranty, representation, commitment, or guarantee regarding:

  • the accuracy of any information;
  • the completeness of any information;
  • the currency of any information;
  • the availability of any school, nursery, university, programme, tour, seat, offer, discount, scholarship, or service;
  • tuition fees, payment terms, refund policies, discounts, promotions, scholarships, or additional charges;
  • curriculum, accreditation, inspection rating, regulatory status, ownership, management, facilities, staff, leadership, reputation, or academic quality;
  • admission requirements, eligibility, deadlines, waiting lists, documents required, acceptance criteria, transport availability, visa support, transfer certificates, or placement decisions;
  • whether any education provider is suitable for you, your child, your family, your budget, your expectations, or your circumstances;
  • the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated or AI-assisted content;
  • the uninterrupted availability, security, or performance of the Platform.

Any reliance on the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

6. Information may change, disappear, or be removed at any time

You acknowledge and agree that information on the Platform may be added, changed, updated, corrected, restricted, hidden, removed, suspended, unpublished, deleted, replaced, or become unavailable at any time without notice.

This may happen for any reason, including because:

  • a school, nursery, university, or partner changes its information, fees, availability, policies, or rules;
  • a third-party source changes or removes information;
  • Google Search, Google Maps, or another third-party source changes its results or listings;
  • information becomes outdated, incorrect, duplicated, or irrelevant;
  • we receive a correction, rights, or removal request;
  • we decide to moderate, edit, restrict, or remove content;
  • we change our product, website, database, commercial model, or technical setup;
  • AI, search, indexing, automation, or third-party systems change their output;
  • technical, legal, commercial, operational, reputational, regulatory, or business reasons apply.

We have no obligation to keep any information, profile, listing, image, search result, AI result, or content available permanently.

7. Education provider policies may change

Schools, nurseries, universities, and other education providers may change their fees, admissions policies, refund policies, acceptance criteria, application deadlines, curriculum, ownership, management, facilities, availability, inspection status, accreditation, documentation requirements, payment terms, communication channels, and other rules at any time.

Enrolia is not responsible for such changes.

You must confirm all details directly with the relevant education provider before applying, visiting, paying, enrolling, signing any document, or making any decision.

8. No admissions guarantee

Submitting an enquiry through Enrolia does not guarantee:

  • admission;
  • acceptance;
  • school tour availability;
  • a call back;
  • a response from a school;
  • a response within any specific time;
  • availability of seats;
  • availability of a programme;
  • availability of a discount;
  • availability of a scholarship;
  • eligibility for enrollment;
  • successful document review;
  • visa support;
  • payment approval;
  • refund approval;
  • any specific outcome.

All admissions decisions are made exclusively by the relevant school, nursery, university, training provider, or education partner.

Enrolia does not control and is not responsible for admissions decisions, fees, refunds, contracts, policies, delays, rejections, offers, representations, service quality, or communications made by third-party education providers.

9. AI-assisted search and Google-powered tools

The Platform may include AI-assisted search, AI-generated content, AI summaries, AI recommendations, automated routing, chat tools, lead qualification tools, and other automated or AI-assisted features.

Some AI-assisted features may use tools, systems, models, infrastructure, search results, map data, or technologies developed, provided, supported, or powered by Google and/or other third-party providers.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, irrelevant, duplicated, biased, unavailable, or unsuitable.

AI systems and search tools may misunderstand your query, produce incorrect summaries, omit important information, display outdated information, produce hallucinations, or generate content that does not reflect the actual position of a school, nursery, university, regulator, or other third party.

You must not rely on AI-generated or AI-assisted content as a final source of truth.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enrolia is not responsible or liable for any AI-generated output, search result, summary, recommendation, ranking, omission, hallucination, error, delay, third-party data issue, or decision made by you in reliance on AI-assisted content.

All AI-assisted content must be independently verified with official sources.

The use of Google-related tools, sources, data, search results, map results, or AI systems does not mean that Enrolia is endorsed, sponsored, approved, or authorised by Google.

10. No professional advice

The Platform does not provide legal, regulatory, immigration, tax, financial, medical, psychological, educational, child development, safeguarding, relocation, or professional advice.

Any information provided on the Platform or by Enrolia is general in nature and should not be treated as professional advice.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate advice from qualified professionals where required.

11. Minors

The Platform is intended for use by adults only.

If you are under 18 years old, you must not use the Platform, submit any enquiry, provide any personal data, contact Enrolia, communicate with education providers through the Platform, or rely on any information on the Platform unless you are doing so with the involvement, supervision, and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, submitting an enquiry, or providing any information relating to a minor, you confirm that you are either at least 18 years old or that you are using the Platform with the involvement, supervision, and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

If you submit information about a child, student, or minor, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or an authorised adult and that you have the legal right to provide such information.

You must not submit sensitive documents or information relating to a minor unless specifically requested by the relevant education provider or required for a lawful admissions purpose.

Enrolia is not responsible for any use of the Platform by minors without appropriate parental or guardian involvement, supervision, or consent.

If we become aware that information has been submitted by a minor without appropriate authorisation, we may delete, restrict, ignore, or retain the information as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Enquiry forms and consent to contact

By submitting an enquiry, form, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, or other contact details through the Platform, you agree that Enrolia may contact you by:

  • phone call;
  • WhatsApp;

You agree that we may contact you for enquiry handling, qualification, follow-up, admissions coordination, school matching, partner referral, reminders, marketing, service updates, commercial communication, and related purposes.

You also agree that we may share your information with relevant schools, nurseries, universities, training providers, admissions teams, education groups, consultants, and other partners where you have expressed interest, submitted an enquiry, requested information, or where we reasonably consider the partner relevant to your enquiry.

Once your information is shared with a third-party education provider or partner, that third party may contact you directly and may process your information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Enrolia is not responsible for third-party communications, delays, offers, promises, admissions decisions, service quality, contracts, payments, disputes, or privacy practices.

13. CRM and lead management

By using the Platform or submitting an enquiry, you agree that Enrolia may create, store, update, enrich, classify, assign, score, analyse, and manage your information in our CRM and related systems.

This may include your enquiry status, communication history, school preferences, university preferences, child age range, grade or year group, location preference, budget, call notes, WhatsApp notes, email history, tour status, application status, lead source, campaign source, assigned adviser, partner handover status, and other operational information.

We may use this information for admissions support, campaign reporting, partner reporting, commercial tracking, commission tracking, service improvement, marketing, analytics, and business operations.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information obtained through the Platform.

16. Scraping, copying, and data extraction prohibited

You must not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, extract, download, index, reproduce, mirror, reverse engineer, or otherwise collect data, content, listings, search results, summaries, profiles, school information, university information, nursery information, pricing information, contact information, AI-generated content, database structure, or any other part of the Platform by manual or automated means without Enrolia's prior written consent.

You must not use bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, browser automation, scripts, data mining tools, AI agents, extraction tools, or similar technologies to access, copy, monitor, reproduce, or extract any part of the Platform.

You must not use any Platform content, database, profile, summary, listing, search result, lead flow, AI output, or institutional information to build, train, enrich, benchmark, populate, or support any competing product, directory, database, marketplace, CRM, AI system, lead generation tool, or commercial service.

We reserve the right to block, throttle, restrict, suspend, investigate, report, or take legal action against any unauthorised scraping, copying, extraction, or misuse.

17. Submissions by schools, universities, nurseries, and partners

Schools, nurseries, universities, training providers, education groups, consultants, agencies, and other organisations may submit information, updates, corrections, descriptions, images, logos, documents, links, offers, pricing, programme details, or other materials to Enrolia.

All submissions are subject to review and moderation by Enrolia.

We may accept, reject, edit, shorten, rewrite, reformat, translate, summarise, classify, delay, remove, refuse, or decline to publish any submitted information at our sole discretion.

Submitting information does not guarantee publication, ranking, visibility, lead volume, traffic, enquiries, admissions, commercial results, or continued display on the Platform.

18. Moderation rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to moderate, edit, reject, remove, hide, restrict, suspend, block, or refuse any content, submission, listing, profile, enquiry, review, update, advertisement, message, user, organisation, or partner.

We may do this for any reason, including accuracy, quality, commercial relevance, legal risk, rights-holder requests, child protection concerns, image complaints, brand protection, user experience, operational reasons, reputational concerns, suspected abuse, outdated information, duplicate content, or internal policy reasons.

We are not obligated to explain moderation decisions.

19. Third-party websites and links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, school websites, university websites, nursery websites, application portals, payment pages, social media pages, Google Maps listings, booking systems, videos, brochures, advertisements, or other external resources.

You acknowledge that Enrolia may have commercial relationships with some listed, recommended, contacted, or referred education providers.

The existence of a commercial relationship does not guarantee that any provider is suitable for you, and the absence of a commercial relationship does not mean that information about a provider is inaccurate.

We may display, rank, recommend, prioritise, feature, or communicate information based on commercial, operational, technical, user experience, campaign, partner, availability, or business factors.

22. Platform availability

We may change, suspend, restrict, interrupt, discontinue, redesign, rebrand, migrate, or terminate all or part of the Platform at any time without notice.
