Taryam American Private School

Taryam American Private School (TAPS) is accredited by COGNIA and follows the American Curriculum from Pre-Kg to Grade 12. The school offers a range of Advanced Placement (AP) courses that are provided as separate courses and are intended to be college-level curriculum. Following its recognition as a child-safe environment, TAPS obtained a GOOD rating in the SPEA's most recent inspection in 2023. The school embraces the diversity of its students' ethnic and cultural backgrounds, placing a high importance on interpersonal and personal skills. The curriculum is designed to fit students for leaders of tomorrow, using the Common Core system adapted to support Emirati culture. The school incorporates STEM related activities throughout all phases of education and integrates Arabic, Social Studies, Moral Education, and Islamic Studies as part of the adaptation.
