Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (Dubai Campus)

Plekhanov Russian University of Economics is one of Russia's oldest and most prestigious economic universities, founded in 1907. The Dubai campus opened in 2024 at Dubai Knowledge Park and offers Bachelor's and Master's degree programs. The university combines modern curricula, hands-on projects, and innovative teaching methods, providing students with in-demand skills, global perspectives, and practical experience through internships at leading international and Russian companies. Students receive dual degrees: a degree from the top Russian university and an international UAE degree. The university is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (CAA) and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), making it the first and only Russian university to receive such accreditation in the UAE.
