Partner admissions pages
Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, partner-branded admissions landing pages, forms, content, communications and related functionality operated by or with Enrolia (collectively, the "Site").
The Site is operated by Enrolia L.L.C-FZ (formerly VNSCO L.L.C-FZ) ("Enrolia", "we", "us" or "our") to provide marketing, enquiry-management and admissions-support services for schools, universities, nurseries, training providers and other education organisations (each an "Educational Partner").
The relevant Educational Partner will normally be identified on the advertisement, landing page, form or communication through which you access the Site.
By accessing the Site, submitting a form, requesting information, booking a visit or consultation, requesting contact or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Enrolia's Role
Enrolia is a marketing and admissions-support channel. Depending on the arrangement with the relevant Educational Partner, Enrolia may assist with:
- digital advertising and campaign management;
- operation of landing pages and enquiry forms;
- collection and routing of enquiries;
- telephone, WhatsApp, SMS and email communications;
- initial enquiry qualification;
- scheduling of tours, consultations, assessments or admissions calls;
- admissions follow-up and coordination;
- customer relationship management administration;
- campaign attribution, conversion reporting and service improvement; and
- related administrative support.
Enrolia is legally separate from each Educational Partner. Unless expressly stated in formal written documentation issued by the Educational Partner, Enrolia:
- does not provide the Educational Partner's educational services;
- does not make final admissions or enrolment decisions;
- does not determine official grade, year-group or programme placement;
- does not guarantee eligibility, availability, admission, an offer, a visa or enrolment;
- does not independently establish official tuition fees, deposits or charges;
- does not award scholarships or approve discounts;
- does not determine refund entitlements;
- does not waive or vary the Educational Partner's requirements or policies; and
- cannot bind the Educational Partner to an admissions, enrolment or education agreement.
Official information concerning admission, fees, discounts, refunds, availability, placement and contractual rights must be confirmed in formal documentation issued by an authorised representative of the relevant Educational Partner.
3. Additional Documents
These Terms apply together with Enrolia's Privacy Policy and any cookie notice or consent tool presented on the Site.
An Educational Partner may also issue its own:
- privacy notices;
- admissions and eligibility policies;
- fee schedules and payment terms;
- refund and withdrawal policies;
- offer letters and enrolment terms;
- parent, student or learner contracts;
- safeguarding, conduct and student policies;
- transport, accommodation or service terms; and
- other formal documents.
These Terms govern use of the Site and Enrolia's enquiry-support services only. They do not replace any formal application, admissions, enrolment, payment or educational agreement with an Educational Partner.
4. Eligibility and Authority
You may use the Site only if you:
- are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to accept these Terms; or
- use the Site with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law;
- use the Site for a lawful purpose; and
- are authorised to provide any information submitted about a Prospective Student or another person.
A child must not independently submit Personal Data or make an enquiry without appropriate adult involvement.
By submitting information about a child or another person, you represent that you are authorised to provide it, communicate about that person and permit its use as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
5. Purpose of the Site
The Site may allow users to:
- obtain general information about an Educational Partner, programme or education opportunity;
- express interest or submit an initial enquiry;
- request a call, email, WhatsApp message or other communication;
- request or book a tour, consultation, appointment, assessment, admissions event or open day;
- indicate a Prospective Student's age, grade, year group, programme or intended start date;
- receive general information about fees, promotions and the application process; and
- be introduced to a potentially relevant Educational Partner.
Unless a particular page expressly states otherwise, the Site is not the Educational Partner's formal application or admissions portal.
6. No Offer or Binding Commitment
Unless expressly confirmed in formal documentation issued by an authorised Educational Partner, nothing on the Site constitutes:
- a legally binding offer;
- an offer of admission or enrolment;
- confirmation of eligibility, placement or availability;
- reservation of a place or seat;
- a binding fee quotation, discount or scholarship;
- a payment demand or invoice;
- an enrolment or education agreement;
- immigration, legal, financial, medical or other professional advice; or
- a guarantee of any outcome.
Site content is provided for general information and as an invitation to make an enquiry.
A binding enrolment or education relationship does not arise merely because you visit the Site, submit an enquiry, receive an acknowledgement, speak with Enrolia, attend a tour, submit documents, begin an application or complete an assessment. It arises only if and when the Educational Partner completes its formal process and the applicable formal documentation is issued and accepted.
7. Admissions and Enrolment Process
The Educational Partner controls its own application, admissions and enrolment process. That process may require:
- a complete formal application;
- application, assessment, registration or deposit payments;
- identity and age verification;
- academic, language, behavioural or other assessments;
- interviews or consultations;
- previous education records and supporting documents;
- review of learning, accessibility or support needs;
- grade, year-group, course or programme-placement review;
- confirmation of capacity and availability;
- regulatory, immigration, safeguarding or eligibility checks;
- acceptance of an offer and formal terms; and
- satisfaction of other lawful requirements.
The Educational Partner may request additional information or documentation at any stage. An application may remain incomplete until all required information, documents and payments have been received and verified.
8. Admissions Decisions
All final admissions and enrolment decisions are made by the relevant Educational Partner, not Enrolia.
Subject to applicable law and its policies, an Educational Partner may accept or reject an application, defer a decision, request more information or assessment, propose a different placement, impose lawful conditions, use a waiting list, withdraw an offer, or decline to proceed.
No Enrolia representative is authorised to guarantee admission or bind an Educational Partner. A guarantee or commitment is valid only if it appears in formal written documentation issued by an authorised representative of the Educational Partner.
9. No Guarantee of Admission or Availability
An enquiry, call, tour, consultation, application, document submission, assessment, invoice request or preliminary discussion does not guarantee:
- eligibility or admission;
- the availability or reservation of a place;
- a particular grade, year group, course or programme;
- success in an assessment or interview;
- an offer or the continued availability of an offer;
- a discount, scholarship or particular fee;
- a visa, permit, accommodation or transport service; or
- completion of enrolment.
Do not withdraw from another institution, relocate, sign a lease, purchase travel, change employment, incur substantial expense or make another irreversible commitment solely because an enquiry has been submitted or preliminary information has been provided.
10. Accuracy and Status of Site Information
We take reasonable steps to make Site information useful and accurate. However, content may be general, provisional, incomplete, outdated, translated, supplied by an Educational Partner or third party, awaiting approval, or affected by technical, typographical or formatting errors.
Information may change before the Site is updated and may not apply to every applicant. Neither Enrolia nor an Educational Partner warrants that all Site content is complete, current, error-free or suitable as the sole basis for an important decision.
You must obtain formal confirmation from the relevant Educational Partner of any information material to your decision.
11. Fees, Prices and Additional Charges
Any fee, price, deposit, instalment, charge, discount or financial figure displayed or communicated through the Site is general information unless formally confirmed by the Educational Partner.
A stated amount may:
- apply only to a particular location, programme, grade, year group, intake or academic year;
- be subject to eligibility, availability, deadlines or regulatory approval;
- exclude taxes, deposits or additional charges;
- be rounded, outdated or published in error; or
- have changed since publication.
Official amounts are those contained in the Educational Partner's current formal fee schedule, offer, invoice, enrolment agreement, payment policy or other authorised written confirmation.
Unless expressly included, published tuition or programme fees may exclude application, assessment, registration, re-registration, deposits, uniforms, books, devices, learning materials, examinations, transport, meals, accommodation, trips, activities, optional programmes, specialist support, insurance, administrative charges, taxes and government charges.
An incorrect or outdated price does not create a right to admission or services at that price. Nothing in these Terms permits Enrolia or an Educational Partner to disregard a price that has become legally binding or a mandatory consumer-protection requirement.
12. Discounts, Promotions and Scholarships
A discount, promotion, scholarship, corporate benefit or special offer may be time-limited, location-specific, subject to eligibility and verification, limited to particular applicants or programmes, conditional on payment or continued enrolment, unavailable with other offers, subject to separate terms or regulatory approval, and capable of withdrawal before formal acceptance where lawful.
Reference to an offer does not guarantee eligibility. It becomes binding only when formally approved and confirmed in the Educational Partner's authorised written documentation.
Information published by Enrolia, an employer, benefit platform, directory, advertiser or other third party does not bind the Educational Partner unless the Educational Partner formally confirms it.
13. Places, Waiting Lists and Placement
Statements such as "admissions open", "now enrolling", "applications open" or "limited places available" describe a general status only. Availability may change at any time because of completed or pending enrolments, capacity, staffing, regulatory requirements, withdrawals, support needs, placement decisions, deposits or operational factors.
A place is secured only in accordance with the Educational Partner's formal process and written confirmation.
Where a waiting list is used, inclusion does not guarantee admission or a particular position. Priority and offers may depend on the Educational Partner's policies and lawful criteria. Failure to provide accurate contact details or respond within a deadline may result in removal or loss of an opportunity.
Any initial grade, year-group, course or programme indication is preliminary. Final placement may depend on age, previous education, curriculum equivalency, assessments, language ability, maturity, support needs, capacity, regulatory rules and the Educational Partner's professional judgment.
14. Programmes, Curriculum, Facilities and Services
Descriptions of curricula, courses, qualifications, subjects, schedules, staff, class sizes, facilities, technology, transport, accommodation, activities and other services are general and may change.
Availability may be affected by regulation, staffing, student demand, safety, capacity, maintenance, timetabling, operational requirements or events beyond reasonable control. Photographs, videos, testimonials, illustrations and virtual tours are illustrative and do not guarantee that every feature, person or service will be available to every student.
An Educational Partner may make lawful and reasonable changes to programmes, curriculum, examination arrangements, teaching methods, timetables, calendars, facilities, activities and services under its formal terms.
15. Transport, Accommodation and Third-Party Services
Transport routes, stops, journey times, prices and availability may change and may be operated by third parties. Accommodation, relocation, visa, insurance, payment and similar services may also be supplied by independent providers.
These services may require separate registration, contracts, payment, eligibility checks and acceptance of provider terms. A reference on the Site does not guarantee availability or suitability for a particular person, address or circumstance.
16. Testimonials, Outcomes and Regulatory Information
Testimonials, reviews, case studies and student stories reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee a similar educational, personal, examination, employment, university or other outcome.
Inspection ratings, accreditations, licences, rankings and regulatory information reflect information available when published and may later be updated, replaced or reclassified. Verify current status with the Educational Partner or competent authority where it is material to your decision.
17. Communications and Consent to Contact
By submitting an enquiry and requesting contact, you authorise Enrolia and the relevant Educational Partner to respond using the contact details and channels you provide, including telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or online messaging.
Communications may concern:
- your enquiry and requested information;
- fees, programmes, grade, year group or intake;
- tours, appointments, consultations, assessments and events;
- application steps, required documents and deadlines;
- an incomplete or active enquiry; and
- other matters reasonably connected with your request.
General promotional communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Communication preferences and Personal Data are addressed further in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, securing your devices and accounts and reviewing messages promptly. Electronic communications may be delayed, filtered, intercepted, corrupted, delivered to spam or affected by network or provider failures. Confirm urgent or material matters directly with the Educational Partner.
18. Information Submitted by You
You agree that information and documents you submit will be accurate, complete, current, lawful, not misleading and provided with appropriate authority. You must promptly notify Enrolia or the Educational Partner if material information changes.
You must not:
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
- provide false contact, academic, medical, financial, behavioural or eligibility information;
- conceal information lawfully requested during a formal admissions process;
- provide forged, altered or unlawfully obtained documents;
- submit another person's Personal Data without authority;
- submit fake, fraudulent, test or spam enquiries; or
- misuse another person's email address or telephone number.
False, misleading, unauthorised or incomplete information may result in suspension of the enquiry, rejection of an application, withdrawal of an offer, cancellation under the Educational Partner's formal terms, referral to an authority or other lawful action.
19. Sensitive and Formal Documents
Do not submit passports, identity documents, visas, medical or psychological records, payment-card or financial information, safeguarding material, disability or special-needs documentation, or other sensitive records through a general enquiry form unless specifically requested through an authorised secure channel.
An Educational Partner may require originals, certified or legalised copies, translations, verification or additional evidence. Submission does not guarantee that a document will be accepted as authentic, complete or sufficient.
20. Privacy and Cookies
Processing of Personal Data in connection with the Site is governed by Enrolia's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the relevant Educational Partner's privacy notice.
The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies for operation, security, form functionality, analytics, attribution, personalisation, fraud prevention and advertising measurement. Further information and available choices are provided in the Privacy Policy and any cookie consent tool presented on the Site.
21. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Enrolia, the relevant Educational Partner or another rights holder. Protected materials may include names, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, text, graphics, brochures, programme descriptions, layouts, databases, software and code.
You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a genuine enquiry.
Without prior written permission, you must not:
- copy or republish substantial Site content;
- sell, license, modify or commercially exploit Site materials;
- create derivative commercial materials;
- remove ownership or rights notices;
- misuse a name, brand, trademark or logo;
- imply an endorsement, relationship or affiliation that does not exist;
- create a competing directory or commercial database from Site content;
- scrape or harvest content or Personal Data; or
- use Site content to train or populate a commercial artificial-intelligence system.
No intellectual property right is transferred to you.
22. Automated Access
You must not use bots, crawlers, scraping or data-mining tools, automated form-submission systems, browser automation, artificial-intelligence agents or similar technologies to access, copy, submit information to or interact with the Site without prior written permission.
This restriction does not prohibit ordinary indexing by reputable search engines that comply with applicable technical instructions.
23. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Site:
- unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, abusively or to harass another person;
- to submit spam, fake enquiries or malicious content;
- to impersonate a student, parent, representative, Enrolia or an Educational Partner;
- to collect or disclose Personal Data without authority;
- to introduce malware or interfere with Site operation;
- to bypass controls, probe vulnerabilities or overload infrastructure;
- to send unsolicited commercial messages;
- to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- to make a false statement of endorsement or affiliation; or
- for a purpose unrelated to a genuine education enquiry or permitted use.
We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records and cooperate with Educational Partners, providers and competent authorities.
24. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
The Site may link to or integrate with Educational Partner websites, formal application systems, CRM and form providers, WhatsApp, social networks, maps, video platforms, payment providers, education authorities, transport providers and other third parties.
Those services are operated independently. Enrolia does not control or guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, content, performance, pricing, privacy practices or terms. Your use is subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy notice. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
25. Payments and Fraud Prevention
Unless expressly stated, a general enquiry Site is not a payment portal or payment demand.
If a payment link or instruction is provided:
- independently verify that it was issued through an authorised Educational Partner channel;
- review the Educational Partner's official payment and refund terms;
- understand that third-party payment-provider terms may apply;
- understand that payment may require reconciliation and does not itself guarantee admission; and
- never transfer funds to a personal account, unknown recipient or unverified payment link.
Enrolia does not independently collect tuition or enrolment payments unless expressly identified as an authorised collection agent in formal written documentation. To the extent permitted by law, Enrolia is not responsible for money transferred to a fraudulent or unauthorised recipient where the instruction did not originate from an authorised Enrolia channel.
26. Site Availability and Security
The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, retention of every submission, compatibility with every device or browser, or continued availability of any feature.
The Site may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical or hosting failures, telecommunications disruption, cyber incidents, provider failures, regulatory requirements, force majeure or other circumstances.
We take reasonable measures intended to protect the Site, but no website, communications network or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, accounts, passwords and networks.
Retain copies of important information and independently confirm receipt of any material submission.
27. No Professional Advice
Site content and Enrolia's general admissions-support communications are not legal, financial, immigration, medical, psychological, relocation, regulatory or independent educational advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice before making a decision where necessary.
28. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- the Site is provided "as is" and "as available";
- Site content is general information only;
- no warranty is given that content is complete, current, error-free or applicable to a particular person;
- no warranty is given that using the Site will result in admission, enrolment, a visa or any other outcome;
- no warranty is given that any place, programme, price, discount, scholarship, facility, transport or service will be available;
- no warranty is given concerning academic, personal, employment or other outcomes; and
- implied representations, warranties and conditions are excluded where law permits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right, warranty, duty or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enrolia and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and providers will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss arising from or connected with use of the Site or reliance on preliminary information, including loss of opportunity, savings, profit, income, business, reputation, goodwill or data; travel, relocation or accommodation costs; withdrawal from another institution; alternative education costs; an unsuccessful application; unavailable capacity; an outdated price; failure of a third-party platform or communication; or Site unavailability.
Enrolia is responsible only for its own acts and omissions to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable contract or mandatory law. Each Educational Partner is responsible for its own admissions decisions, official information, formal documents, fees, policies, educational services and acts or omissions.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to direct, proven and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by the relevant party's breach. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrolia's total aggregate liability arising solely from free use of the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount paid specifically to Enrolia for that Site use during the preceding 12 months or AED 1,000.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, liability for death or personal injury that cannot be excluded, mandatory consumer rights or another liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability arising under a separate formal agreement with an Educational Partner, which is governed by that agreement.
30. Separate Parties
Enrolia and each Educational Partner are separate legal persons. Participation in the same enquiry process does not make either responsible for the independent debts, liabilities or contractual obligations of the other, except where expressly agreed or required by mandatory law.
Use of the Site does not create a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, employment relationship, franchise, general agency or independent educational-consultancy relationship between you, Enrolia and an Educational Partner.
Enrolia may act as a limited service provider or agent only within the scope expressly authorised by the Educational Partner. No broader authority should be inferred.
31. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Enrolia, the relevant Educational Partner and their respective personnel against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, material breach of these Terms, fraudulent submission, forged or altered documents, unauthorised submission of Personal Data, infringement of another person's rights, malware introduced by you or automated attack initiated by you.
This indemnity does not require you to compensate a party for its own fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.
32. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Enrolia will not be responsible for delay, interruption or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, extreme weather, fire, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government or regulatory action, labour dispute, utility or internet failure, cyberattack, transport disruption, supplier failure or closure.
An Educational Partner may make changes to tours, assessments, timelines, programmes, calendars, facilities, communication methods and administrative procedures where affected by such events, subject to its formal terms and applicable law.
33. Suspension and Changes
We may suspend, restrict or terminate Site access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, the Site is being misused, fraudulent enquiries are being submitted, use creates a security or legal risk, an authority requires suspension, or functionality is being discontinued.
We may block identifiers associated with abuse, spam, fraud or unlawful conduct and may change, remove, suspend or replace Site content, forms, functionality, communication channels, branding, providers, links and technical systems.
A change to the Site does not retrospectively amend a binding formal agreement with an Educational Partner.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, Services, Educational Partner arrangements, providers, practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be published with an updated "Last Updated" date and will apply from publication unless a later date is stated.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. Where separate consent is legally required, we will seek it.
35. Priority of Documents
Subject to mandatory law, if information conflicts, the following general order of priority applies:
- applicable legislation and binding regulatory requirements;
- a formally executed enrolment, education or parent agreement with the Educational Partner;
- a formal offer, invoice or written confirmation issued by the Educational Partner;
- the Educational Partner's current official admissions, fee, payment and refund policies;
- specific written terms governing a promotion or service;
- these Terms;
- general Site content;
- advertising and social-media content;
- third-party directories or websites; and
- cached pages, screenshots and search-engine extracts.
General marketing content and Enrolia's preliminary communications cannot amend formal Educational Partner documentation.
36. Electronic Records
You agree that Enrolia and authorised providers may maintain electronic records of submissions, consent, acceptance, communications, dates and times, IP addresses, referral sources, versions, acknowledgements and related transactions.
To the extent permitted by law, those records may be used as evidence of a submission, consent, communication, acceptance, delivery, timing and the version presented.
37. General Legal Provisions
Failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorised representative for the stated circumstances.
If a provision is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent needed to make it valid where possible, or severed. The remaining provisions continue in effect.
You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without Enrolia's prior written consent. Enrolia may assign or transfer rights or obligations relating to the Site to an affiliate, successor, purchaser or service provider as part of a lawful transaction or restructuring.
These Terms and Enrolia's Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Site. They are not the complete agreement governing admission, enrolment or educational services.
Nothing in these Terms permits misleading conduct, deliberately false pricing, exclusion of mandatory consumer protections or exclusion of liability that cannot legally be excluded.
38. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and non-contractual obligations arising from use of the Site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site, these Terms or Enrolia's handling of an enquiry.
Any dispute concerning an Educational Partner's formal application, admission, enrolment, payment or educational services may instead be governed by that partner's formal documents and the law and jurisdiction stated in them.
Nothing prevents a party from seeking urgent protective or injunctive relief from another competent court where reasonably necessary to protect information, systems or intellectual property.
39. Language
These Terms are provided in English and may be translated. Where Arabic or another language is legally required to prevail, that legally controlling text will prevail. Otherwise, the English version published by Enrolia governs to the extent permitted by law if there is a material inconsistency.
